Wishes 4 Kids had the great pleasure of recently meeting this exceptional young man who has been through an awful lot in the last 18 months. We visited him in hospital and surprised him with a brand new MetaQuest 3 VR Headset and vouchers so that he can treat himself to some new games. We thoroughly enjoyed talking to him and his lovely Nan and it was wonderful to see how much his new headset meant to him.![]()

ALDI ASHBY 20 ROAD RACE![]()
We have 2 places available for this year's Aldi Ashby 20 running race, which will take place on Sunday 23rd March. This is an extremely popular event which sold out within 24 hours and there are no places available anywhere else.![]()

We recently met this incredible young man and had the pleasure of granting his wish. He loves gaming with his friends and his number one wish was for a gaming monitor. With the help and kindness from our amazing supporters, we were able to surprise him with a brand new 27'' Samsung OLED gaming monitor. He was extremely grateful and very happy and could not wait to set it up and start playing with his friends. ![]()

This is a hugely popular event which starts in the heart of the City and finishes on Brighton's world-famous seafront. ![]()
If you have always wanted to run a marathon and have never been able to get into London then why not run the Brighton Marathon instead? Gary Lowe has booked a Charity Curry Night at the Cuisine of India in Wigston for Monday 17th February, starting at 7pm. ![]()
It is £20 per person (under 10's are half price) which gives you a fantastic all you can eat buffet including dessert!!! There will also be a raffle full of excellent prizes and we will play a few games.![]()

A huge thank you to the wonderful team at De Montfort Hall for choosing Wishes 4 Kids as their chosen Charity to support during their Christmas performances of Snow White. Bucket collections took place during each performance and we are delighted to announce that an incredible £5624.83 was collected. Wishes 4 Kids would like to say a huge thank you to Derrick Stanyon and his amazing team at Hollywood Bowl Leicester for allowing us to invite our wish families for a night of fun-filled bowling in their VIP lanes. Everyone had the best time, enjoying unlimited games of bowling followed by a fantastic meal where we all sat together in our own VIP area. Derrick then gave every child their own special goodie bag, full of toys and a selection box each.![]()

Our annual Christmas Pantomime was last Saturday at the Little Theatre in Leicester and what a fantastic time we all had!![]()
All 339 seats were filled with our wonderful wish children and their amazing families and it was fantastic to see our Wishes 4 Kids family together, enjoying the sensational production of Sleeping Beauty. ![]()
We would like to thank our friends at the Little Theatre for their hospitality, helping to look after our families and for their truly brilliant production, which many have agreed was the 'best one yet.' Thank you to Trudie Seers and her team at DHL for their incredible donation of food and drinks that we added to our Christmas goodie bags. Wishes 4 Kids are thrilled to announce that we have been chosen as the selected charity by De Montfort Hall for their Christmas pantomime performances of Snow White, taking place from Friday 13th December all the way through until Sunday 5th January. Bucket collections will take place after each performance with all donations being very gratefully received by our Charity. Yesterday Wishes 4 Kids met this lovely young lady and granted her wish for a new laptop. She was delighted when we presented her with a brand new HP Spectre X360 2 in 1 laptop which will really help her with her college work. Last night Wishes 4 Kids had the pleasure of visiting the Three Swans Hotel in Market Harborough and meeting all of the amazing managers from The Coaching Inn Group. The managers had all agreed that instead of doing Secret Santa they would each like to bring a present for a child and donate them to our Charity. Over 80 different presents were donated to us and every single one of them will be delivered to lots of very deserving local children in time for Christmas.![]()

We recently met this incredible little boy and had the pleasure of granting his number 1 wish. He absolutely loves Mario and Luigi and his wish was for a Mario Kart Live Home Circuit. We surprised him with a brand new Nintendo Switch games console, his favourite games, racing wheels and his very own Mario Kart Live Home Circuit. His reaction was priceless and he literally jumped across the room in excitement. He was so happy as he was not expecting it at all. In fact he had written this on top of his Christmas list for Santa!!
Last weekend we had the great pleasure of granting a very special little girl's wish to go and watch Disney's Dancing on Ice. We took her and her lovely family to the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham where everyone enjoyed hospitality treatment in the Green Room before the show. The show was incredible and it was wonderful to watch the little girl singing away to each song and smiling the entire time. After the show we surprised the family with a very special meet and greet experience with Mickey and Minnie Mouse where everyone received a huge cuddle from them and had their photos taken. It was a wonderful day that the little girl and her family will never forget❤️

All participants are asked to arrive at the Newtown Linford car park at by 9:30am on the day. You will each be given a flashing red nose, set of reindeer antlers and a certificate at the end of your run/walk. The event starts at 10:00am and all participants will run/walk to the Hallgates car park and back again. ![]()
It is £10 for adults and £5 for children, or we ask that children raise a minimum of £5 sponsorship (sponsor forms can be provided). ![]()
